Arrowtist Terms of Service
These terms apply when you play Arrowtist, a puzzle game made by Devura and played inside TikTok. By playing the game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not play. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Devura, and "the game" means Arrowtist.
1. Playing the game
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to play the game for your own entertainment, inside TikTok. You must also follow TikTok's Terms of Service, including its minimum age rules.
2. Fair play
You agree not to:
- cheat, or use bots, scripts or modified versions of the game to gain an advantage;
- copy, reverse engineer or redistribute the game, except where the law allows it;
- interfere with the game, TikTok or other players;
- share false or misleading results, or use the game to harass anyone.
3. Hints, hearts and rewards
Free hints, hearts, stars and daily rewards exist only inside the game. They have no money value, cannot be sold or exchanged, and may be changed or reset when the game is updated. The game has no in-app purchases.
4. Ads
The game shows ads provided by TikTok. Some ads are optional and give an in-game reward, such as a hint or an extra heart, when watched to the end. We do not control the content of ads and are not responsible for products or services they promote.
5. Your saved progress
Your progress is saved on your device. If you clear TikTok's data, change device or remove the game, your progress may be lost. We cannot restore it.
6. Our content
The game, including its pictures, code, name and design, belongs to Devura or its licensors. These terms do not give you any ownership of it.
7. Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop offering the game, or parts of it, at any time. We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top. If you keep playing after a change, the updated terms apply.
8. No warranty
The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will always work, be error-free or be available.
9. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Devura is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending your use
You can stop playing at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If you live elsewhere, you also keep any rights your local consumer laws give you.
